I still get the wrong response back. I will say "send text (my Son's name) and it will ask me if I want to send a text to payment?? By the way his name is not even close to payment. 4  out of 9 found this valuable. Do you?

Are you using a headset or talking directly into the phone? If you're using a bluetooth, you might have to talk a little louder, or even cup your hand around your ear to make sure it's not picking up some background noise. I find it easier too, if on my bluetooth to go ahead and do it in pieces. Instead of "Call Dad-Mobile" I'll do:

Call Dad
Did you say "call Dad"
yes
"which number"
mobile

I know it's extra work, but it gets it right.

I have had some good response from the phone by inserting a pause between words. My friend's name is Sam; so it began with "Call Sam <short pause> Mobile" to keep from running the "M" sound. Lately I have found it works with most of my contacts. Just don't exagerrate the pause. This seems to work as well as dividing the commands, like RokJok noted. I have tried both. It can be frustrating. Do you find this valuable?
