HELP! I had a Motorola and I could easily get to Axxcess shop and buy ringtones for less then $10.00 from Sony Music Box. How do I buy ringtones for my MotoQ? My dealer says go to Axxcess shop but when I do it only gives me an option to buy software, which is expensive. I don't want to go to an indpendent and pay a membership. Thans question #1
Question #2- I tried downloading a ringtone I made off iTunes. It would transfer the entire song but not my ringtone- said it was corrupt? any ideas anyone!

A friend of mine recently updated to a Blackberry and gave me her Motorola Q, but she is with Sprint, and I'm with Verizon. Can I transfer my number to this phone through Verizon so that I can use it?
I know I'd have to get Verizon to "program" it, but just want to make sure it's possible.

I just got my Q about a week and a 1/2 ago and I have to admit I'm not loving it so far. I have a few questions that I'm hoping someone out there knows the answers.
1) How do I turn off the sound off the beep for when the phone is "out of area"? My phone sits on my desk while I'm at work and it just beeps for not reason every 1/2 hour or so ( I don't have a vmx, instant message, missed call nothing obvious) so i'm thinking it's b/c it goes in and out of area ( though I don't move the phone). 2) what are the descriptions of the profiles? I know what "Meeting" is but that is really the only one the book desribes. 3) Ringer volume - I've missed many calls b/c I didn't hear it ring is there a way I can book the volume? I hope there is help out there for me! THANK YOU in advance |
