For the double contact entries, I'd recommend downloading Yahoo Go version 2.0 . But you must download version 2.0 because 3.0 doesn't have the phonebook autosync. You would need a yahoo mail account also(free). Once you've installed the program, in the options, there should be a feature called address book sync, run that. Once it's done, on a computer log into your yahoo account, and click Contacts, you should see what your phonebook had, in doubles. Now click Options, and there should be an option called "Clean Up Duplicates". Run that, once it's done and everything on the yahoo side is good, run the Yahoo Go program on the Q again and sync the address book again. Once it's done, your Q's contact's shouldn't be in doubles anymore. Hope that helps!

I got it!!!! This is what I did. Press & hold the jog wheel until EARPIECE VOLUME shows up then roll the jog wheel WHILE STILL PRESSING IT IN! My earpiece volume was set pretty low. Now we will see if it stays that way.

I just went through this myself. I can send pictures as attachments, but this is very clunky. A better way is this:
the phone (or any mobile device) when plugged into a computer will show up in Explorer as "Mobile Device" just scroll all the way down and you will see it, this has always been in windows. You do not need to be sync'd to see this.Expand the "Mobile Device" folder, now navigate to the folders where your pictures are and drag them to wherever you like. I have not got previews of pictures to work yet but am working on that, ill post if I figure it out.
