I'd like to delete e-mail messages from the Q but not have them deleted from Outlook when it syncs. Is there a way to set it up this way? I still want new messages to sync.

How do I see the sent items folder? Also is there a setting to change the way an email is forwarded? I do not want the email as an attachment.

I am having a terrible time with voice recognition. My previous phone was a LG an the voice recognition worked just great. No matter how I speak I rarely get the phone to recognize my command. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone have any suggestions? This would be a handy feature when driving at 75 mph and trying not to take eyes off the road.

There is not standard letter display on the keys so if you want to dial 1-800-eat-tacos you cannot do it easily. Additionally if you wanted to dial a name in a spell by name directory you would be hard pressed to do so with out the labels. ANyone got a way around this. I have a picture of a regular phone key pad and think that I could make that the background of the in call and dialing screen but I would need to know how to do that too. Please help as this is a constant anoyance to everyone here.

i downloaded some ringtones, from there it tells me to go to Documents and copy them to sounds, i did.
I highlight them and press done and done again . so when someone calls me it uses its own sound and when i check back to settings, everything turns back to vibrate , no matter what i do i even tried doing what the Manuel said and it doesnt work. I bought The RINGO tones (FROM THE SPRINT SOFTWARE STORE) and they suck i thought i got to pick my own, 20 dollars!! what do i need to do , im getting frustraded because i cant use my own ringtones!!!!

everytime someone sends me a text message and i reply to it and press send its says "The following errors occurred while sending and receiving mail: Your Text Message Cannot Be Sent.

On my Phone on the Home Page it Has an EV (top right hand corner) that means roaming?
i put my phone only to operate on Sprint and it still wont take the EV off the screen . what do i do??

I haven't been able to synch consitently with my Q with my iMac, even tho I purchased the Missing Sync software thru download. They won't respond to my inquiries, so I'm wondering if anyone knows how to do this.

I have just switched from a treo and am having hard time. I cant seem to find the answers in my manual either. Someone please help!
1. How do you get rid of the voicemail icon that is still there after all voicemails have been listened too? 2. Is there a quick way to toggle between ringer and vibrate (like the treo)w/o going into the settings and scrolling through all the ringer choices to vibrate. 3. Is there a way to locate contacts w/o scrolling through them all? In the treo you could hit contacts, then hit the first and last letters of the contact you were looking for. I can not seem to get the second letter typed in. It always types in a number instead of a letter for the 2nd initial. Very frustrating and time consuming to scroll through contacts when you have 400 of them! I would love to find an expert "q" user in my office to answer these type of questions. I am beginning to doubt my switch! The treo seemed a lot easier to use.
